WILKINS EXPEDITION.
COMMUNICATION BY RADIO.
GRANT OF A LICENCE. "WASHINGTON. March 18. Sir Hubert Wilkina was granted authority to-day. by the Radio Commission to maintain radio communcation with the United States on his submarine polar expedition. . The licence covers a series of high frequencies for broadcasting and communications. The expedition will have 200 watt power with the call letters WSEA.
