COUNT VON LUCKNER.
RETURN TO NEW ZEALAND,
ANNOUNCEMENT OF PLAN. (Received March 19, 7.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 18. Count Felix vvon Luckner, who commanded the German commerce raider See Adler, and was interned on Motuihi Island, near Auckland, from which lie escaped in December, 1917, but was subsequently recaptured, is at present in Now York. He says he proposes to take his schooner yacht Mopelia to New Zealand noxfc winter, " because," he says, " I love that country."
