TUAKAU, Thursday.

The Whangape Collie Club's annual sheepdog triab were held yesterday and to-day on Mr. K. L. Caldwell's property, Glenmurray. There were good entries, competitors coming from Port Waikalo in the north and Morrinsville in the south. The three classes comprising tho programme were won as follows: Long Head. Pull and Hold in Ring.— H. Buckley's Fay, 1; B. Dcnize'a Toss, 2; M. Mackey's Chief. 3. Short Head, Pull, Drive and Yard.—J. McNaughton's Jill. 1; P- McNaughton's Willie. 2; Buckley's Fay. 3. Hiuitaway.—C. Gaskell's Roy, 1; F. Clemctt's Jock, 2; I. Broughton'u Roy, B.
