BUTTER-FAT PAYMENTS.

RAGLAN, Thursday,

The Raglan Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, is paying out lid per lb. for superfine butter-fat for February supply, as against Is Id for February, 11330. Total payments for the season to date amount to £25.169. For the same period last season £35,669 was paid out.

An advance payment of lOd per ib. 'butter-fat will be made to suppliers of the Ilinuera Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, for finest grade cream received during February. The production of the company so far this season has been?well maintained in spite of the dry weather.

MERCURY BAY FACTORY.

FIGURES FOR FEBRUARY. The pay out of the Mercury Bay Cooperative Dairy Company for wiil be at the rate of lid per lb. for superfine and less for first grade. The. amount of butter made in February was 24 tons ]6c\vt., as against 26 tons iOcwt. _ for tho same month last year. Butter r made up to February 28 amounted toS' 197 tons, as against 178 tons to February--213, 1930, an increase of 19 tons. EAST TAMAKI COMPANY. X DISBURSEMENT OF £IO,OOO. Payment of Is per lb., plus per lb. for share capital, will be made for butterfat supplied to the East Tamaki Cooperative Dairy Company, Limited, for _ February. The total disbursement will bo £10,026, as compared with £12,786 dis- ■ tributed on a basis of Is 2£d per lb. butter-fat for the corresponding period last season.
