METHODIST COLLEGE.

iNEW PRINCIPAL INDUCTED. The induction of Dr. H. Ranston as principal of the Trinity Methodist Theo« logical College and the Rev. W. T* Blight as tutor of the college wan carried out 'lit a service conducted by tha Rev. E. Drake in the Collegiate Church, Grafton Road, last evening. An address to the principal and tha tutor was given by the Rev. G. Frost, and the Rev. A. Mcßean spoke to tha students. Prizes won by students during the year wero presented by Mr. A. Peak, chairman of the college council, tha awards being made to Messrs. R. Dudley, D. Williams, G. Bowden, R, E. Patchett, W. Jenkin, H. Payne, T. Carr and W« Greenslade.

Dr. Ramsbon, who was tutor. of tha college last year, succeeds as principal Dr. C. H. Laws, who became, a iiupernumerary. at the last conference.
