A travelling fellowship of the Carntgia Institute of New York has been olifered to Professor James Shelley, professor of education at Canterbury College. The fellowship entiles the recipient to travel and study. It carries a grant of ,£SOO, hut no restriction is laid as to whtire it in to be used.
