BUTLER'S WHARF FIRE.
FLAMES STILL UNSUBDUED.
BRIGADE HAMPERED BY ICE. British Wireless. RUGBY. March 9. Firemen are still fighting the flames in the warehouse fire at Butler's Wharf, on the Thames at London. They are hampered by the bitterly cold weather. The entire front of the building facing the river is coated with ice, and icicles hang from the hoses and the fire-fighting tackle.
