MR. T. HUGO'S RETIREMENT.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NELSON, Tuesday. At the conference of fire brigades today the vice-president, Mr.-Tyler, referred to the approaching retirement of Mr. T. Hugo, Government inspector, and wished him every happiness in his retirement. His services had been very much appreciated. A resolution to this effect was recorded in tho minutes^
