BUILDING IN SYDNEY.
DECLINE LAST YEAR. SYDNEY. Dec. 31. The volume of the building trade in Sydney in 1930 was the lowest recorded for many years. Last year 9924 structures were erected at a cost of £16,438,984. This year the cost of 5931 homes, shops, «stc., was £9,201,109.
