FRENCH FIGHT ARABS.

ENCOUNTER IN MOROCCO. RAIDERS PUT TO FLIGHT. LONDON, Dec. 30. The Paris correspondent of tho Times reports that' a French mobile column on Christmas Day inflicted heavy losses on a band of 200 Arab raiders near .Abadla, in Morocco. The trouble began on Christmas Eve when raiders attacked an encampment of friendly Arabs, killing many of them, including a chief. The French column fought a three-hour engagement and aeroplanes then followed the raiders, bombing them until they disappeared across the border, carrying manydead and leaving 15 killed behind.
