ROTHBURY VOLUNTEERS.

ACTION OF MINISTER.

(Received December 31, 12.25 a.m.)

SYDNEY, Dec. 30. The New South Wales Minister of Public Works, Mr. M. A. Davidson, has been successful in his quest to locate those men in Government employment who formerly worked as volunteers at the Kothbury colliery. He has dismissed them all, to the number of 110. The Minister says the Government will not tolerate men of their type on Government jobs. Mr. Davidson has since received a letter from one of the dismissed men, threatening to riddle him with bullets.
