RELIEF FOR THE NEEDY.
DOWN AND OUT" MISSION
Appreciation of the assistance given to hint by the public is expressed by Mr. F. Williams who, in conjunction with Mrs. Williams, conducts the "down and out" mission in Albert Street. Christmas cheer was distributed during Christmas Eve to the poor and needy and a meal was supplied to 60 men. On Saturday and Sunday evenings, over 180 people, men, women and children, were given h special tea. Further assistance in extending tho work of the mission over tho New Year is invited by the missioner.
