CANADA AND AUSTRALIA. NEGOTIATIONS AT OTTAWA. VANCOUVER,. Dec. 26. The hurried recall to Ottawa from Vancouver by the Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. R. B. Bennett, of the Minister of Trade, Mr. H. H. Moloney, Australian Minister of Markets, who spent Christmas in Quebec, will return to Ottawa on Saturday.
