SEAT ON CHIMNEY STACK. (Received November 18. 11.'25 p.m.) TOKIO, Nov. 18. A workman who occasionally waves a red llag as a protest against the discharge of fuji cotton employees has been sitting on top of a factory chimney ] 30ft. high at Kawasaki since early on Sunday, regardless of the endeavours of the police to dislodge him.
