TOUR OF LORD BARNBY.
A COMPREHENSIVE ITINERARY
AT AUCKLAND ON MONDAY,

Members of the Cabinet to-day entertained Lord Barnby, chairman cf th# Wool Industries Research. Association, at Parliament House. Ho left this evening for Christchurch, where the New Zealand headquarters of Francis Willey and Company, Limited, wool merchants, Bradford, of which he is a director, are located.
While in the South Lord Barnby will tako the opportunity of visiting Lincoln College, and seeing what is being' dons in wool research. Ho will make a similar inspection of Masisey College when he returns North.
On S.unday next Lord Barnby will leav* Wellington for Auckland, at the invitation of tho Minister of Railways, tho Hon. W. A. Veitch, and sittend tho official opening of the Auckland railway station on the following day. Hb will then leave for Hamilton and visit dairy factories in tho Waikato district. In company with the Minister of Agriculture, tho Hon. A. J. Murdoch, ho will inspect the State experimental farm at Ruakura, and on the way to Rotorua ho will inspect the Arapuni hydro-electric scheme. While at Rofortia Lord Barnby hopes to try his luck with New Zealand trout. From the thermal regions he will! proceed to Napier, and be present at tho wool sale fixed for December 3. While in the Hawke's Bay district he will probably spend a day or two on a sheep station, and return to Wellington on December 6, and attend a wool sale on the following Monday. Lord Barnby will then leave for the South Island, with tho object of inspecting tho Waitaki hydro-electric scheme, and will attend tho Christchurch wool sale on December 12. He will leave Wellington for Auckland to join the Aorangi on December 16.
