AUCKLAND BRANCH FORMED.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
An Auckland branch of tho TownPlanning Institute of New Zealand was formed at a meeting of ox-members of tho Auckland Town-Planning Association held last evening. Tho following officers were elected:— Chairman, Mr. W. J. Holdsworth; vicechairman, Mr. C. K. Grieison; executive committee, Messrs. G. W. Hutchison, T. Bloodworth, A. G. Walker, W. H. Gumrner, Preston Chambers, G. M. Fowlds, J. Tyler, R. A. Abbott, Professor C. P. Knight and Miss Bastcn. It was decided that all members cf the institute should bo invited to committee meetings and that papers on townplanning and allied matters should bo road as often as possible.
