GRAVES OF THE FALLEN. REPORTED NEGLECT DENIED. (Received November 17. 7.'25 p.m.) Times Cable. LONDON, Nov. 17. In a letter to the Times Lord Methuen, as president of the South African War Veterans' Association, contradicts a report that the graves of the men who fell in the South African War aro neglected. The writer informs the branches in Britain, Australia and New Zealand that the Earl of Athlone has notified him that tho larger cemeteries are well cared for and that the difficulty in regard to scattered graves is being overcome.
