FATE OF FINANCIER.
BODY FOUND IN THAMES. RECENT RELEASE FROM PRISON. r LONDON. Nov. 14. Tho body has been found in the Thames of tho once wealthy financier Walter Mandeville, who was sentenced in 1926 to six years' penal servitude for bucketshop frauds amounting to £700,000. Ho was recently released. Death was due to drowning.
