EXTRADITION ORDER.

MOTOR MECHANIC'S ARREST. ALLEGED FAILURE TO ACCOUNT. A charge of fraudulently omitting to account to the Express Tyre Service Company of New South Wales for £9 was preferred against James Royce, aged 28, motor mechanic, in the Police Court yesterday.

, Constable Maskell, of Taree, New South Wales, produced the original warrant for accused's arrest and asked that he should he handed over to be taken back to Taree.

The magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt, made an order for the extradition of accused, who left under escort by the Ulimaroa.
