DROWNING ACCIDENTS.

~ ! MARRIED WOMAN'S FATE. CROSSING A DEEP CREEK. FALL FROM FOOT-BRIDGE. A married woman, Mrs. Linda Hart, aged about 35, of Silverdnle, was drowned through falling into a deep creek near Silverdale about four o'clock yesterday afternoon. Her body was found floating in the water by her husband, who had gone to meet her. Mrs. Hart, who lived about two miles on tho Wade Heads side of Silverdale, was returning to her home from the township with some purchases. The creek, which runs into the Wade River, is about a mile from Silverdale. It is crossed by a very narrow, wooden foot-bridge with a wire railing on one side. It is thought that Mrs. Hart lost her footing and fell into the creek. The body had a bruise on the forehead. Mrs. Hart is survived by her husband. There arc no children
