MOCK CRAB.
Dip a couple of tomatoes in hot water and peel off skin. Place in a frying pan over gentle fire and mash. Clap up two eggs, and grate any left-over pieces of clieese. Add beaten eggs and cheese to mixture, salt and pepper to taste, and stir all together until egg is thoroughly cooked. Spread on hot buttered toast, and serve hot.
