RETURN OF THE TIPPET.
The real Victoria tippet of ermine and velvet, in fine split marmot skins and satin, or .of chenille, and marabout has come back. In other days it suggested an old-maid-ish and unbecoming cross between a collar and a cape. Even now it can be distinctly of an awkward length, but modern " chic " presents the tippet of 1930 in attractive ways. As a bridge wrap it. is thrown well back so that it drops off the shoulders, which is easier to wear. 'I lie latest modern version can bp, cut longer, therefore it is more useful arid graceful. In fact, all sorts of new ways with the Victorian tippet may render it an important feature in the way of the house wrap.
