YOUNG COUPLE TO MARRY. Sidney Coomber, aged 19, a motor mechanic, lately obtained the consent of tho North London magistrate to marry a girl, aged 18. Coomber had summoned his parents, who had withheld their consent to the marriage, and said lie was in regular work, earning £2 a week, and the girl was earning £l. Mr. Coomber said he did not consider his son was earning sufficient to support a wife. Mrs. Coomber supported his view, adding: "It will mean poverty for him."
