TENNIS EVENING.
The staff of A. J. Entrican and Company, Limited, held a very enjoyable tennis evening at Clivo Road courts. The tournament between the staff's team and the West field Freezing Company was won by the Westfield Freezing Company, and dancing and a ping-pong contest in the clubhouse added much to the gaiety of the evening. A. J. Entrican and Company's team consisted of: —Miss Aickin, Mrs. Le Grice, Miss Turner, Miss Hounsell, Messrs. Huddleston, Burton, Lo Grice, Scott, Chapman, Barnett, arid Westfield Freezing Company's team, Mrs. O'Neill, Miss Wood, Miss Boveridge, Miss Parkes, Messrs. Potter, Rosenberg, C'ashel. Lowry. Spence, Horrocks. Among those present were:—Mesdames Chapman, Williamson. Wood and Misses Donald, Rogers, C'ato. Matthews, Fitzgerald, Mayall, Whitty, Carrington, N. Aickin, Webb. Jennings, Peacocke, Mitchell, J. Mitchell. McCullough, Wilkinson, Bently, Tucker M. Tucker, Frost and 0. Wood.
