LORD WAKEFIELD'S EFFORT. MISS ENGLAND TO COMPETE. (Received November 7. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. C. Lord Wakefield has decided to send tho speed-boat Miss England 11. to Buenos Aires in March to attempt to break tho late Sir Henry Scgravo's record at a regatta organised by tho Argentina Yacht Club. Lord Wakefield was inundated with applications for the position of pilot and has selected Mr. Kayo Don.
