UNSOLVED MURDERS.
PROCEDURE OF POLICE. QUESTION IN THE COMMONS. (Received November 7, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 7. The Homo Secretary, Mr. J. R. Clynes, was asked in the House of Commons today whether police procedure, owing to the Police Commission's report, was hampering Scotland Yard's investigation of murders, so many of which recently had romained unsolved. In reply the Minister said that so far as he was aware the commission's recommendations had not hampered investigations in a singlo case.
