EDUCATIONAL BEQUEST.
GIFT TO MARIST BROTHERS. POOR BOYS TO BENEFIT. A bequest to the Marist Brothers Order of nearly £SOO is provided under the will of Mr. Joseph McCormick, who died in Auckland on October 19. The terms of the will provide that the whole of the residuo of the estate shall be devoted to the education of boys whose parents are unable to provide education for them. The approximate net value of the estate for probate purposes is £4BO.
