THROWN FROM HORSE.
TWO GIRLS INJURED. RIDING HOME FROM SCHOOL. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] "WELLSFORD, Friday. Injuries were received by two schoolgirls, June and Mary Parker,' the daughters of Mr. and Mrs. K. A. Parker, of Wellsford, this afternoon, when they were thrown from a horse they were both riding. Each child received a fractured leg and they are both suffering from shock. They were removed to a neighbouring house, where they were attended by Dr. Osborne, of Warkworth. Their condition this evening was not serious. The children were returning from school and' the horse they were riding suddenly bolted, the children being thrown to the ground on the hard metal surface of the road.
