ENTERING AND THEFT.
OLD OFFENCE PUNISHED. EVIDENCE OF FINGER-PRINTS. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUXEDIN, Friday. In the Supreme Court to-day Albert Stuart Davidson, aged 37, a married man, who was chained with breaking, entering and theft, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. The offence was committed in July last year and was sheeted home by means of fingerprint evidence.
