RUGBY IN FRANCE.
LOSSES TO FEDERATION. SOUTHERN CLUBS SECEDE. PARIS, Nov. 3. Twelve clubs, including the famous Stade Francais and some of tlio leading South of France clubs, have resigned from tho French Ilugby Federation on the ground that reforms are needed in order to avoid frequent " incidents," and to secure better and brighter Rugby.
