EMPIRE WOOL.
Sir,—l bought some black embroidery wool in a Queen Street shop lately and after using for somo time, on looking closely at tho brand, discovered in small letters, "Made in Germany." Next time I required tho samo sort of wool I made certain that it was made in England._ It is of better quality and the same price, so I pass on my experience to other loyal shoppers. Housewife.
