BODY IN HARBOUR.
DISCOVERY AT SYDNEY. HANDS AND FEET BOUND. SYDNEY. Sept. 24. The body of a man, believed to be that of Arthur Hampton, aged 50, was found floating in the harbour, with the hands and feet bound together and with a rope 4>awn tightly round the chest. Everything points to murder, but detectives are working also on tho theory of an extraordinary suicide.
