Mr. Jacobus do Wet, a South African visitor to London, has been robbed of £9900 by thrco confidence tricksters using a new method. Tho victim has since identified his plausible acquaintances from the Scotland Yard rogues' gallery. A full description of the men is in the possession of the police.
