HUSBAND AND WIFE.
DECREE FOR RESTITUTION. An application for tho restitution of conjugal rights, made by Agnes Barley against Alfred Gough Barley, was granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday. Tho hearing had been commenced on tho previous day. Mr Singer, for petitioner, yesterday quoted authorities that undue delay in taking action was no bar to such proceedings. Aflei hearing the evidence of the peti tionei that the position had been duo to her husband's coolness, His Honor granted a decree for restitution within 21 days
