ALLEGED BREACHES OF ACT. COMMITTAL FOR TRIAL. * [nv TELEGTtArir. —fiiess association*.] C'JIRISTCHURC H. Wednesday. The official assignee to-day proceeded against Allan Howard, a bankrupt contractor, of Chaneys, on four charges of breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. Accused pleaded not guilty to all the charges and was committed to 1 he Supremo Court for trial. The assignee said Howard's business was on a largo scale and alleged that ho had failed to keep proper books and make fully known all his property.
