MISSIONARIES RETURN.

I.ONG SERVICE IN INDIA. The return from India on furlough of two New Zealand women missionaries was reported to the monthly meeting of the Auckland Baptist Assembly. Mr. S. Barry stated that Miss Eileen Arnold had reached Wellington and Miss Hilda Rice had ar» rived at Auckland. This made the third furlough home for Miss Rice since 1914, when sho first went to India, and the second home-coming of Miss Arnold, who went to the field in 1922. Both were Now Zealanders and wero fully-qualified teachers, having received their education and training in the Dominion's public schools. Miss Rice came from Napier and Miss Arnold from Gonville, Wanganui. \
