SHIP STEWARD'S DEATH.

The funeral of Mr. Albert Prettojohn, the steward who died on board the Royal Mail liner Aorangi on Saturday afternoon, look place at Hillsborough Cemetery yesterday. It was attended by about vo members ol the Aorangi's crew, as we as a number of passengers. "lhe coffin was covered with wreaths, including tnl- - from the master of the Aorangi, the. officers, the deck department, the stew ards' department and many from passen gers. The service at the graveside was conducted by the Bev. 11. K. ickerjj seamen's chaplain, and the Last Post wa sounded by a shipmate of the decease Afterward a Masonic service was conducted by one of the Aorangi's passen gers.
