TROUBLE OVER CHEQUE.
THEFT AND UTTERING
A pica of guilty was entered by Albert Joseph Vanco I!yan (Mr. King), who appeared in the Supremo Court yesterday before Mr. Justico Herdman on charges of stealing a cheque and uttering it. A charge of forging a cheque was withdrawn. Prisoner was remanded for sentence until Fiiday.
