ARRANGEMENTS AT HAMILTON.

ACCOMMODATION FOR 12,000

Tlio -work of preparing Rugby Park, Hamilton, for the match between Britain and the combined Waikato, King Country and Thames Valley team on Saturday is proceeding steadily. It is expected that there will bo accommodation at the park for at least 12,000 spectators.

Diuing tho past week workmen have been engaged iu building an embankment al. both ends and along parts of the sides of the field, while three tiers of seats have been erected inside the fence. Most of the seats on the main stand will be occupied by tho holders of complimentary tickets, aud by members of unions to whom special allocations have been made. Approximately 550 seats will bo available to the public on tho auxiliary stand, opposite the main stand. Booking for these seats will open at the office of the secretary, Mr. T. W. Thompson, to-mor-row morning. The temporary seats built inside the fence will not be available for reservation.

The following junior team has been selected by Mr. J. Hindman to represent Hamilton against the Matamata junior representatives in a match to be played as a curtain-raiser: —Fullback, Lisette (Old Boys A); threequarters, Voice (City), Mills (Old Boys A), Murray (Ruakura); five-eighths, Jones, Madill (Old Bovs A); rover, Whittakcr (Old Boys A); halfback, Grant (Ruakura); forwards, Taylor (High School), Baukier (Technical Old Boys), Johnston (Old Boys B), Clough (Old Boys A), Pollock (Old Boys B), Graham, Johnston (Old Boys A). Reserves: Blackburn (Technical Old Boys), Morris, McTvinnon (Frankton), Clough (Old Boys B).

VISITORS AT WHANGAREI. THE TEAM FOR TO-MOREOW. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] W'UANCrAREI, Monday. The British Pug by. team arrived at AVhangarei by the express from Auckland this afternoon, and was accorded a civic welcome. The Whangarei golf course has been placed at, the disposal of the visitors to-morrow.

Tho team to play North Auckland on Wednesday is as follows Fullback, Bassett,; threequarters. Reeve, Knowles, Bow. cott, Novis; fly-half, Jones-Davies: scrumhalf, Poole; forwards, Kendrew, Parker, Rew, Hodgson, Martindale, Welsh, Prentice, Wilkinson. Tho visitors will bo entertained at a banquet after the match.
