FORMATION IN HAMILTON.

The first general meeting of tho Junior Reform League, Hamilton branch, was held last evening, (hero being a good attendance of young men keonly interested iu political affairs.

The activities of (he league are to comprise debates, mock parliaments, mock elections, and impromptu speaking, while the social side will not be neglected. The eleclioi. of officers resulted in Mr. J. A. Young, M.l'., being elected patron, Mr. G. F. Shirlev president, and Mr. R. L. Munro and Mr ; C. Wright hon. secretary and treasurer respectively..
