WORKERS GO TO CANADA. LACK OF REQUISITE FUNDS. VANCOUVER. July IS. Five Australian labourers wlio arrived at Vancouver by the, -Aoiangi were held by the immigration officials on the ground of lack of funds. They arc likely to become a charge on the country. Each man was asked to show 250 dollars (about £SO). Unless the Government Immigration Department intervenes they will be deported.
