ARGYLE STREET ACCIDENTS.
PROPOSAL FOR ABOLITION
[BY TELEGRAPH. SPECIAL REPORTER.] WELLINGTON, Friday.
'J he abolition of the dangerous railway crossing at Argyle Street, Morningside, was suggested by Mr. H. G. R. Mason (Labour —Auckland Suburbs) in a notice of a question he addressed to the Minister of Railways in the House to-day. Mr. Mason directed tho Minister's attention to the, number of accidents, some attended with fatal results, which had occurred at the crossing in recent years.
