PAEROA MINIATURE CLUB. INTERESTING TROPHY MATCH. Tlio Pacroa Miniature Kiflo Club held a handicap competition shoot, for a trophy donated hy Mr. R. I. Roberts. There was a good attendance of membors and a, great improvement, was shown in iho shooting. The match created great interest to Ihoao present toward tho closing stages, and was very keenly fought out, tlio winner not being known until tha last shot was fired. Two members who shot, well, IT. A. Morrison, with 07 o(T the ritle, and A. A. Jonkinson, with 98 ofT the rifle, both reached the limit, 100, with their handicaps, and were thus required to shoot off to decide the winner. I'AEUOA CLUB'S ENTRIES. The sixlh annual championship miniature rifle mooting of the New Zealand Miniature Rifle Association is to take place next week. All members of nfiilntcd clubs aro eligible to take part. The shooting may bo carried out on each club's own home ranco under tlio supervision of two lorn 1 residents. Eight members of the Paeroa Club have entered in the various competitions, aiid Major A. Stewart and Mr. C. N. O Neill. of l'aeroa have consented to act as viso ra.
