MILTON'S COTTAGE.
The recent visit of (.lie American Naval Delegation In Milton's Cottage at Clialfnnt St. Giles, Buckinghamshire, has had u happy sequel. One of the delegates, Senator D. A. I'eed. inquired of Mr. Ramsay MaoDonnld. who accompanied him, if there was a first edition of " l'aradise Lost" among the exhibits. On being told that, there was not, he immediately offered to have one sent from the United States, and this has since been done.
