BOILED PUDDINGS.
Why bother with cloths and string when a piece of grease-proof paper, or even a paper bag, does as well for covering your puddings? Hold the paper firmly on tho tup with your left hand, and with your right quickly twist it under all round. This will remain quito firm, and will not stick to the pudding. And, by tho way,' should you run short of suet, try using lard. It's excellent.
