CLARK—HENRY. The marriage of Miss Ivy Gladys Henry, twin daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Henry, of Patumahoe, to Mr. James Percival Clark, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. Joseph Clark, formerly of Waiau Pa, took place on Wednesday afternoon at St. Benedict's Church, Auckland. Tho Rev. Father Malloy, of Pukekohe, performed tho ceremony. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a period frock of ivory French laco. Tho double flounced skirt, fell to her ankles from a high waist line defined by a rhinestono girdle. An Indian hand-embroidered net veil, which formed a train, was worn with a coronet of orange blossom. She carried a shower bouquet of white carnations and chrysanthemums. Miss M. Henry, twin sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Her frock of rich corded shell pink silk taffetas was cut with a deep V-neck, tight-fitting bodice and ankle-length full-flared skirt. The wedding was celebrated at All Saints' Church, Ponsonby, recently, of Miss Irene Patricia Perkin, eldest daughter of ! Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Perkin, of Disraeli Street, Mount Eden, .to Mr. Cyril Stockwcll Col lingo, only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Collinge, of Waiuku. Tho Rev. W. W. Avcrill performed tho ceremony. Given away by her father, the bride wore a frock of ivory georgette over blush pink, having an ankle-length hem of embroidered gold laco. Her veil was of ivory lace, and she carried a shower bouquet of pink and white flowers. Tho bridesmaids, Miss Ilcttie Perkin and Miss Dorothy Perkin, sisters of the bride, wore frocks of almond green and delphinium blue respectively, with floral coatees and felt hats to match. Their bouquets toned with their frocks. Mr. J. R. Crighton-Smith attended the bridegroom as best man and Mr. Frank Hill (Waiuku) as groomsman. A' reception was held later at the Domain kiosk, whero Mrs. Perkin received tho guests in a frock of chamois suede under a brown coat, with a hat to lone. A bouquet of violets was carried. CURRIN—JOYCE. . The wedding was quietly celebrated in St. Mary' 3 Church, Paeroa, by the Rev. Father Doherty of Miss Zita Marie Joyce, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. Joyce, of. Paeroa, late of Canterbury, to Mr. Norman G. Currin, of Paeroa, late of Whakatane. Elliott, of Mangero Road, Otahuhu,- to Mr, William Raymond Fell, eldest son of. Mr. and the late Mrs. E. Fell, of Southbridge, Christchu'rch. The church had been decorated with bowls of arum lilies and bows of satin ribbon. The service was conducted by. the Rev. Father Dunphy, - assisted by Monsignor Cahill. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. E. Riley and Mr. J. Matherson as groomsman. The bride entered the church with her father, wearing a frock of ivory satin .with silver lace. The flared skirt was fashioned to form an uneven hemline and a, hand-embroidered tulle veil was caught to tho head and clasped with sprays of orange blossom on each side. Gwen Elliott attended their sister wearing frocks, mado alike, the former in Nilo green georgette over a foundation of silver lame, and the latter in shell pink. Each woro a headdress of tulle finished with side posy in shades to harmonise With tho bouquets. Miss Pattie Elliott, nieco of tho bride, was flower girl and woro a period frock of forget-me-not blue taffeta with a bandeau of silver leaves on her head. She carried a posy of pale shades. Bourne, of Ohaupo Road, to Mr. Raymon Edwin Grigg, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Grigg, of Kahurangi, Ohaupo Road. Tho Rev. Butterworth officiated. Tho set-vice was fully choral, Sirs. Gibson playing tho wedding music. The bride, who was given away by her father, woro an ankle-length frock of ivory • embossed georgette and mariettc,' relioved with diamante trimming. Miss Boumo carried a bouquet of anemones, carnations and maidenhair forn,' and Miss Thompson chrysanthemums and autumn leaves. The two small flower girls, Alma Miers, nieco of the bride, and Pamela Craig, woro in frilled marietto frocks in eau do nil and briar rose respectively, with caps to match. They carried baskets of flowers .to tone. The. bridegroom was attended by his two brothers, Mr. Harold Grigg as best man and Mr. Eric Grigg as groomsman. A reception was hold at St. Andrew's Hall, where about a hundred relatives and friends were entertained, Mrs. Bourne received her guests in a frock of navy wool crepe de chine trimmed with navy satin and red buttons, with fox fur and hat to tone. She carried a posy of roses, sweet peas and asparagus fern. Mrs. Grigg, mother of tho bridegroom, woro a bottle-green ring. velvet dress, with pin-

HARRIS-STEVENSON. The marriage of Miss Bernice Amy Stevenson, elder daughter of Mrs. A. Robinson and the late Mr J. Stevenson, of Oaklands, Albany, to Mr. Reginald Harris, fifth son'of MS D. Harris and the late Mrs. Harris, of Tiri Road, Milford, was celebrated at St. Jam'es" Presbyterian Church on June 23. Tho Rev. Harries officiated. The bride, who entered the church with her brother-in-law, Mr. Ernest Hobson, wore a flared frock of whito crepe do chine. Her veil was arranged with a coronet of orange, blossoms, and she carried a bouquet of white chrysanthemums and carnations. Miss Alfreda Smith, wearing a pale green crepe do cliino frock with pink trimmings, and hat to tone, attended her as bridesmaid. Sho carried a bouquet of pink crysanthemums. Tho wedding took place recently, at St. James' Presbyterian Church, of Miss Sarah Stone, eldest daughter of Mrs. and the lato Mr. J. E. Stone, of Canterbury, to Mr. Harold MacKay, youngest son of Mrs. and the lato Mr. D. J. MacKay, of Newton. Tho Rev. Harries performed tho ceremony, and Mr. Brakenrig played tho wedding music. . The bride, who was given away by her uncle, Mr. George Coughey, wore a gown of uneven length of ivory satin, fashioned with a tight-fitting bodice and skirt, frilled at the hips, finished with satin ribbons. Both wore salmon pink taffeta and carried posies to tone; Tho best man was Mr. D. MacKay, brother of ,tho bridegroom, and Mr. J. Stone was groomsman. After the ceremony the reception was held in tho Trades Hall, where tho bride's mother received the guests in a navy floral chiffon velvet frock with navy hat to match. The bridegroom's mother wore black silk marocain relieved with cream crepe do chine and hat to match. The grandmother-of the bride, Mrs. Coughey, wore black satin, a. sealette coat and black satin hat.

O'CARROLL—SCHISCHKA. Tho wedding of Miss Rosanna Scliisehka, youngest daughter of Mrs. and tho late Mr. Joseph Scbiscbka, of Waiwera, and Mr. Erie Edward O'Carroll, second son ■of Mr. - and Mrs. D. J. O'Carroll, Hauraki Plains, was celebrated with Nuptial Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral on Wednesday. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Father Lccn. Tho bridp, who was given away by her brother, Mr. Epnest Schischka, wore an ivory satin and laco gown, and carried a sheaf of cream roses and swectpeas. Two cousins of the bride, Miss Kathleen Paul and Miss Amelia Scholium, were her attendants, and wore pale green and lemon georgette, respectively. They carried shower bouquets to tone. Tho bridegroom was attended by his cousin, Mr. Thomas O'Carroll, as best man, and his brother, Mr. J. O'Carroll, as groomsman. A reception was held after the ceremony.
