CONSTABLE INJURED. AFFAIR IN LONELY VILLAGE. APIA, Jane 25. ' A European constable was attacked and seriously injured on Monday by Samcans at Papa, a lonely , and isolated village an the south coast of SavaiL Tha constable,, who was alone- and armed, but who did not use his anna, is now in Apia Hospital, after a long sea voyage. A police party is dealing with the situation-
