CONTROL OF ROAD RACE. [BT TELEG3APH. —FBXSS ASSOCIATION.] WELLIZC G-T ON, Thursday. Trouble is the cycling world has broken cut in a new place. The Pert Nicholson Amateur Road Cycling Club, which is affiliated with the New Zealand Uuicn cf Cyclists, recently announced that it would take charge of the annual amateur road race from Palrnerstov. North to Wellington. This is contradicted by the president of the Wellington Centre cf the Amateur Athletic Association, who says the race has always been run by his association. This year the ICQ miles New Zealand amateur handicap will be run in conjunction with the road race and w2] he open only to cyclists rep star ed with the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association.
