KING'S COLLEGE.
REUNION OF OLD BOYS. VARIETY OF FUNCTIONS. The animal reunion gatherings of the King's College Old Boys' Association will be commenced this evening and will continue over the week-end. The social functions include a theatre party and dance this evening, while tomorrow the first of the annual Rugby football matches between King's College and the Auckland Grammar School will be played on the latter's grounds in Mountain Road. In the evening the annual dinner will be held. Divine service will be conducted in the King's College Chapel on Sunday morning. After luncheon the old boys will proceed to the King's Preparatory School, Remuera, where they will be the guests of the headmaster. It is anticipated that a large number of country members will come to the city for the reunion. - The committee's report, to be presented at the annual meeting in the Lewis Eady Hall this evening, reveals that the association's financial position is in a satisfactory condition, there being a small credit balance. The present membership is 516, including 23 foundation members and three life members. The total roll has decreased- by 56 since the previous report. The old boys' cricket team was very successful last season and won the Senior B grade competition. A gymnasium started and maintained independently by the members of tho association is now well established and fills a longfelt want.
