The, Union Company's Island steamer Waipahi is to sail for Rarotonga, Mauke. Atiu and Aitutaki at noon to-morrow. She is loading at Central Wharf. KIA ORA AT AVONMOUTH. The Shaw. Savill and Albion steamer Ivia Ora, which left Wellington for London and Woat Coast ports of Great Britain on May 10, arrived at Avonmoutk last Saturday. THE WAIHEMO. Tho Union Company's transpacific steamer Waihemo is to leave Napier for Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff. Nelson and New Plymouth to-morrow to complete unloading caryo from Pacifio Coast ports. Tho vessel has a genoral merchandise cargo for discharge at Auckland, Port Chalmers and Bluff. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company are the> local agents. H.M.S. PHILOMEL -DOCKED. The naval training _ ship Philomel was docked yesterday morning to have her hull cleaned and painted. It is tho first time the work has been done for four years, during which time the vessel has accumulated about 25 tons of mussels, as well as grass, below tho waterline. She is expected to be undocked to-morrow. VACUOLTNE AT WELLINGTON. An arrival at Wellington yesterday was tho Vacuum Oil Company's tanker Vacuoline from San Francisco. The vessel will unload her bulk cargo at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She was originally to have unloaded a Quantity of tho oil in Australia before coming to New Zealand. She is a vessel of 8670 tons, and was built at Port Glasgow in 1929. THE PORT PIRIE. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Pirio is to leave Port C'balmers to-morrow for Lyttelton and Timaru to complete unloading cargo from London. Aftorwards the vessel will load for her homeward voyage at Oamaru, _ Wanganui. New Plymouth, Auckland, Napier and Wellington. She is due at Auckland on July 12 and is to sail from Wellington for London, via Montevideo, on July 19. Heather, Roberton, Ltd., are the local agents. VESSELS BARBOUND. The Kanna has been barbound at dieyirouth for nearly two weeks. She is to sail for Auckland as soon as the bar is workable. The Kaituna has been barbound at Greymouth since Saturday waiting to sail for Picton and Auckland. The Kaimanawa was barbound at Westport during the week-ond. It was hoped to despatch her for New Plymouth and Auckland by last night's tide. Owing to the rough seas on the West Coast of the North Island yesterday, tho H'okianga was barbound at Ilokianga, the Arapawa at Kaipara, and the Elauturu at Manukau Heads. The Hautura. returned to Onehunga last evening, her trip to New Plymouth having been abandoned. She ir to sail to-morrow afternoon. THE ENTON. The motor-Bhip Enton arrived from Antwerp, via Halifax and Now York, yesterday morning. Tho vessel loaded basic slag at I Antwerp. The Enton is under charter to the A. and A.
